John Kennedy Custom track

Built in 1998 by John Kennedy. Sprayed and branded in team colours. Super stiff, responsive. Stripped a Zipp 950's hub starting a kilo on this bike. Bizarre to think 25 years ago, those bars were 2-3 inches lower...... getting old eh?

More Info:
1 of 3 believed to be in the UK. It's twin, ( , built at same time, same spray, slightly different geometry due to riders measurements) resides with my old training / race teammate. The third, which in non UCI approved was last seen with a former racing friend 10 years ago.

Been in storage for 23 years, I would never get rid of it. Too many good memories.

The second set I've got are the same hubs Record ( sheriff stars) on Profil 18's. Amazing wheels but play second fiddle to the discs on race day. Shame really.

Heavy? Not really noticed, but my wheel builder won't allow me out on anything less than 36s. I was too hard on the wheels.
Not sure if he was being polite about my strength or was he calling me fat? Ha ha

Stunning wheels , still draw attention at the track, even amongst a sea of discs.
