hi dude, hubs are gd! they are very smooth and light. I've never tried Phil's nor Paul's.

How are those archetypes? And how'd you fit a 22c tire? Isn't it 23mm wide?

the archetypes are light, but with radial lacing, less stiff than 2 cross.
rims are 23mm from outer bead to outer bead which means the inner bead width is slightly lesser. 22mm tires do feel better than the 23s.
