Repair/reinforcement of HED 3 with 1k twill weave. 3k twill weave layer going on this weekend. Fingers crossed
1/24/13- 3k layer of carbon fiber. Still sanding and 1 last section of layup to cure.

I had a crack in the rim area. I decided to reinforce the entire thing just to be sure. The key is COMPRESSION. Compress the layups as much as possible. Let me know if this helps
