This particular frame has actually belonged to Mike himself. By the way, after i sold frame to @jorge5bikes he claimed it had a dent, which i found hard to believe, - is that true?

Oh cool. I wasn't sure if it was built for mike or for his shop as a show piece. I've built and disassembled this frame multiple times and haven't seen a dent. Did he mention where? He failed to mention this in person when I looked over the frame. Although, he also failed to mention that the BB was on backwards...Thankfully I was able to re-thread the BB shell and was fixed without any permanent damage. I'll give it another look over but i've put in a bunch of miles and work on this frame without ever seeing one.

I don't recall exactly where he was saying the dent was if i remember correctly - chain stay area. - i always thought there was no dent and he did it only to get partial refund after sale. I'm happy this frame is now in good hands!

Bubba says:

Yea! When i built it, that was the only stem I had which fit the bars. Right now it has a Soma stem but I just recently got it a land shark stem to go along. Planning to change the whole setup soon

That's funny, a Bicycle Station Land Shark all the way out there in LA. Mike Rodriguez has a little shop in Brooklyn, Bicycle Station, but he sold a lot of John Slawta's bikes back in the day. John would put Bicycle Station on them.

Bubba says:

Yea. Ive spoken to Slawta since buying the frame and he clearly remembers building these up.
