I'm going to assume this drilled Kagero was purchased in Japan and law requires them to have both front & rear brakes.

It looks like it has one of those clamp-on Keirin rear brake adapters.

I agree! Ditch the rear brake. Front + fixed gear is more than enough (:! Other than that it's a cool build!!!
