hi I am 170 cm wich frame size what do you recommend ?M or S

To give you some kind of idea, I’m 180cm (inseam around 82-84cm) and with 90mm stem this frame feels pretty compact. But I guess I would choose 53 (M) if I were you. Although S might work also. You really should try out one before buying – it depends so much on personal preferences, flexibility etc.
