hello, what size headset did you use for this bike? I've got a KG251 and i'm in need of a headset for it.

It's a Shimano Ultegra headset, standard BSC threading, no idea what the crown race size is but I'd guess 26,4 - take your fork to a bike shop to be sure. Stack height is going to totally depend on how much your fork has been cut down.
