Mecacycle Chrono x lightweight parts

Mecacycle was a famous french frame building company in the 70-80-90's, known for the bitube model : Turbo. This model is the Chrono which is, to me, more elegant.

I wanted to build a very light bike with a the more french parts as possible. I still have to replace the rims (by Wolber Profil 18 that I have) and the BB (by a titanium version of the Stronglight Comp that I am looking for). Also, I am looking for JPR pedals...
