Had to get a UCI frameset and this was the most cheapest frameset I found. I basically got it for $500 with a Tiagra 4700 groupset. For some reason the BB was quite stiff on this and also this is one heavy ass bike. The same setup from the Allez on the Scultura goes to 9.2kg
