Looks like there's something wrong with your bike. Eather the fork is too long or the front wheel is too large. The chain stay should be horizontal. Using a too long fork changes the position of the bb, the seat and it has a negative effect on the handling and perfomance as well.

Yeah i think the fork is too long. I actually searching for a new frame with a geometry that's fit for me because its kinda small for me and hurts my back because the handlebar is too long even though i already switch to shorter stem
