For example: you have a 46Tx 15T... gear up means... going up higher into a gear ratio like 51x16? or to whatever your comfort zone is...

okay, got it :) Now this is my ideal ratio. In Hungary the weather is often so windy. Maybe later, but first I want some new upgrade, for example wheels or crank.
