Panasonic Order System (POS) and Panasonic Individual Custom System (PICS) Panasonic is a bicycle brand produced by Matsushita Corporation Japan, which was formed by the merger of Panasonic and National. Not only electronic and electrical products, Panasonic also produces bicycles with its “Panasonic Order System” or POS or PICS “Panasonic Individual Custom System” with Tubing Tange. With the POS/PICS method, buyers can order frames in advance according to their size and then the Panasonic factory builds them according to the ordered size.
