Where to even begin....
Get rid of those gold bars
Switch out that 5 spoke, unless you're going to be riding track exclusively, and even then you'll want to get a rear disc
Need cages, or clips with cleats for retention (as you have no brakes)
Need new cranks
Need new non-Toys-R-Us rear wheel
