On the french craiglist called Leboncoin. To someone who was selling an old rusty cx. I just asked if he was ok to sell the tyres apart and he agreed. Since, I found the michelin green sprint (with diamonds crampons)

I do think that your chain is a little shirt.
And I think your shifters may be off, in terms of positioning

For sure. I've always wanted an older steel cross bike to have as a commuter but they're always either super rusted or are way overpriced.
