Project Impala is my lifetime project to customize this 27" old roadbike into track or commuter bike. I found this frame abandoned by the previous user in my college. I've decided to rebuild this beast to conquer the road.

I want to add a porteur front rack, and maybe repaint it later. I'll keep updating my modification i've been made in this post.

You might want to paint it just so it doesnt rust to shit.
Or I'd say to just sandpaper back the majority of the rust, and then clear coat?
