531 Reynolds frame Mon français est pas bon, de toute façon, je me suis cassé la vis pour le pédalier Simplex sur un côté. Je ne sais pas si elle a besoin d'une nouvelle vis, je l'ai utilisé pendant un engrenage Fixie un, mais maintenant, je l'ai mis tous les nouveaux dérailleurs sur. Raleigh super Tourer;
Frame:
531 Reynolds tubing, made in the late '70s but really not released until a Raleigh bike won the Tour de France cerca '80 because it has a sticker attesting to that.
Fork/Headset:
half chrome fork
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Stronglight
Pedals:
Lyotard
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Stronglight
Derailleurs/Shifters:
Simplex, varies, Shimano
Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Royale , the one photo inside shows a mountain bike saddle put on just for a complete picture.
Brakes:
Weinman brakes, the kicker are the Carlton Brake Hoods. Took the brake hoods off of a what else? Raleigh Grand Prix. The hoods are embossed with the Carlton logo.
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Maillard
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Atom
Accessories:
Rack, Lights.
More Info:
Have ridden it fixed and single speed. The 3 in one photo shows a Carlton brake hood and the decals denoting Raleigh won the Tour de France. My only regret with this bike is once, I was giving it a gentle cleaning and some decals washed off, I got replacements some years ago but in confusion, ended up getting the "Competition" stickers. More on the Super Tourer at Retro Raleighs, a few are around, first shifters were Suntour Mighty shifters, indexed which worked with so-so results.

I remember when these were new. Touring was king and Carlton built bikes held in high esteem. This was one of the best touring bikes of its day.
