What's the difference between the Rapha and the conventional Lavoro. I'm choosing between the Pista and Lavoro. Both beautiful frames =)

I'm keeping coming back to this. I need a sensible 853 tourer in my life with compacts, hoods and the whole shebang!

Rapha was team edition a few years back, the new Lavaros have slightly tweaked geo, and are made from a different tube set (airplane) still excellent frames, my friend has one. My understanding is the Lavaro is more track where as the pista would make a good commuter, different geo and tubesets, pista is also drilled front and rear I think.

Okay cool. Well I'm looking for a short commuter with the idea of velodrome work in the future. Hard choice between Pista and Lavoro!
