Rauler(?) Pista Pursuit Special

Unfortunately I know nothing about this beautiful handcrafted piece of art. This one looks like a small production number made for a professional team or even a single purpose only. I guess it was built around the mid-80s. It has the typical characteristics of French hand built frames of these days. Hence I assume it was built for a racer who was sponsored by Rauler. Currently I am trying to get more information about it. Pictures show the current state. It will get the complete cure like paint restauration and cavity sealing. Also It will get another stem, handlebar, seatpost,... I got some information from Italy: Apparently this bike is not a Rauler. It is equipped with French BB threading which to my knowledge was not used by Italian frame builders. If anyone has some information I would appreciate any hint.

Frame:
Rauler

Pedals:
Cinelli M71

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Ambrosio Aerodynamic / Campagnolo C-Record Pista

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
