Im replacing tb14's. It's the same weight but the XR31T looks to be more aero. I wish I can run the same spoke number as yours but with my 180 lbs weight, I dont think I can get away with 20/24.

If built properly, I think you might be able to get away w/ 20/24. I'm about 160 and they've been holding up quite fine even w/ curb hops and whatnot. They are quite a bit wider than TB14 though, so you can run wider tires if you wish. I currently have 23s on them and they fit quite snug on the rim, not sure how your Pasela will fit on there.
