This is a track frame by a famous German Bicycle builder 'Hugo Rickert' Came to me in a very bad condition, but I will bring it back ;). Decals and colour are about to come soon.

Sweet! Interesting that your track end are drilled. Most of his track frames seemed to be.

Rickert build this frame for "LIGA". Liga was a huge bike seller back in the days.
