More Info:
Added a Roadlink to provide enough room for the rear derailleur to take the big 42 cog. No need to change the B tension bolt nor to enlarge the chain.

Does the shifting work ok with the Roadlink? I've seen that Wolftooth officially only supports 11-40 cassettes.

It works smoothly, more than one year with that configuration and I'm totally happy. In fact, I'm sure it could get a 44 without problems, and even a 46 - but I didn't tried yet, because for my area the 36x42 is perfect.
