it still be an awesome bike with modern parts and vintage. i like the wheelset i never try to use on vintage bikes.

that's definitely a repaint. agree about the bar & saddle angle comments below, your doing that strictly for looks. that's not actually comfortable.

I agree. there's no way in hell that can be comfortable. concors are meant to be completely horizontal, or with a slight drop give or take.
