Samoilov_jp <3

Even in the first year of acquaintance with fixed gear, when I saw the frames of Yuri Petrovich Samoilov, I fell in love with them at first sight, in the history of Russian framebuilding (in the USSR, masters in local sports schools could make their own cranksets, framsets, etc.), the continuation of which was Samoilov's workshop, in which he made frames for young and experienced athletes and gave them sports equipment, no worse than foreign competitors, and in the personal history of Yuri Petrovich, his work in the USSR Olympic team and friendship with Ernesto Colnago. I have his serial track frameset and a frameset from this bikecheck. This is a late frameset by Yuri Petrovich, made in the 00s to order for some athlete from the Moscow cycling track "Krylatskoye", this frameset was in St. Petersburg, Crimea and now it has returned to Moscow again. I am assembling this bike as a dreambuild, and so far it is in such a complete, but I will continue to work on it. P.S. I don't know English well, so you can correct me in the comments, I will be grateful) P.S.S. someday I will definitely take a good picture of the bike, someday ...)))
