All components are from Mr. Belletti's suggestion to bring back the originality when this bike touched on track in 1983

No, It's a framebuilder idea from 1983 to increase the inclined position of the rider :)

No sir, actually I have a dust cap that adapted it from bar-end plug but it prefer to keep it real.

Ah, sorry about this inquisition but am genuinely interested. How did you cope with the clearances; sizing down on the front wheel?

It's OK sir, I'm really pleased to answer any questions. If this bike setting with this geometry, it muse using 650 x 19c for front wheel because the gap between stem and tyre are not enough to put an ordinary 650 (x20-x23) tyres.
