My favorite bike. The only reason: This bike can be anything and do anything. It's comfortable, versatile, and tough as nails. Cross bike during season, commuter during the rest.

My bad. I guess you bought the frameset rather than the complete bike which comes with bar-end shifters.

ahhhh yes. I bought the frame used with Ultegra 6500 and gradually upgraded and added things. But going from bar end to sti is pretty east. Sti is for sure more efficient in shifting than bar end IMO
