No. It's definitely a 24" wheel in the front. But the dropbars are wrong. Should be equipped with bullhorn handlebar. Nice bike. Would you mind to share the serial number with us? If I have to guess it's something around 890, isn't?

Are you sure the front isn t a 650c "26 inch"? It does not look that small or maybe is just me
