The Colnero mystery ca. 1968

There's Cornelo and there is Colnero. Was that make already known in 1968? Who made the frame, who distrubited the frames? I have several Colnero frames, there's always something "wrong" with them.

Frame:
No idea

Fork/Headset:
no indication on fork, Campagnolo drop out's and headset

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:

Pedals:
Berthet with Christophe (wrapped around C) clips

More Info:
I think the bike has had center pull brakes by Mafac. The frame has a welded on brake cable stop behind the seat post.
