Lovely frame, sorry to hear about your dad, he had fine taste as that's a lovely bike. I have a few Columbus Max made frames, and though they are not light, they do ride very well and the chrome lugs add a touch of class, and the frame builder is a reputable one.

Before anyone could make you any offers they would need to know some details a such as the size of the frame, done using 2 measurements of the top tube CTC (centre to centre) and the seat tube CTT (centre to top), look these up for clarification if you not sure what I mean.
A buyer would also be interested in knowing the details of all the parts that went on it, don't worry if you are not sure about these, just add some pics of the parts close up and they can be easily identified.
Also info of where you are located would also be useful and where you are prepared to ship to, but I'm sure if you put it on ebay with that info you would get plenty of interest, good luck with sale.....it looks a bit small for me so don't think I could bid until I knew the measurements.....:)
