Sick bike dude, but is the chain too short? Don't think the rear mech should be stretching that much even without cross chaining.

Thanks buddy. Yes it was a sick bike. And yes you're right the chain was too short. The Shimano Ultegra 10spd I had on broke before I took pic. I had to put on this 9spd chain just for photo purposes. But already replaced it and swapped components. Will update pic in couple of days.
