It comes with the frame I had someone cut it for I'm 5'8 with 53cm though I only cut like 1cm off the seat tube

Why a 48:16? I mean its an ok ratio but for the track. For the street it's a bad idea. It only has one skid patch. I'd recommend getting either a 15t or 17t cog. Better then the 16t.
