Kind of a budget build. I used most of the parts from my Sekine SHT fixed conversion. Basically, I wanted a track bike, but had next to no money.

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Sugino RD2 (messenger) cranks 175mm Sugino Zen BB 103mm

Pedals:
Welgo track pedals with All City straps.

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Surly track cog 17t Sugino RD2 Chainring 46t (soon to be replaced by 48t Zen) KMC 1/8" HLN Half-link Chain

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Not applicable

True-vative Holfzellar OH Riser bar Oury Grips FSA 0S 190 Stem

Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Royale Viper Saddle Kalloy UNO seatpost and clamp

Brakes:
Levis equipped. 34" inseam

The fork worked out perfectly. Its got just enough rake to prevent toe-overlap, even when I'm 175 cranks. Pete's not so bad either.
