Can't tell if it's from the stand or not, but on leveled ground, does this frame have a sloped top tube?

It is a pursuit frame so it does have a sloped top tube. The slope is exactly as shown in the photo because the stand is just a mallet making sure it doesn't tip over :)

Im thinking of getting a 57cm im 5'7 do you think it will work for me?

I am 6'2" but I like the smaller fit of this bike. It is hard to say if a 57 will be too big or not.

it is the XL frame. I think it is 58CM. It rides smaller and it is super compact though
