Bought as a flat bar conversion with a mix od Campagnolo and Shimano parts, then changed everything to Campagnolo, currently upgraded to more modern groupset with parts I had laying around. The frame is likely built by Dutch framebuilder Jan Van Dalen and is made from Columbus Neuron tubing so it must have been built after 1995 cause that's when Columbus introducted that tubing.
