Victim to Victor Bianchi Lepre 7s

Paid $70 for this bike, cut seat stays, cut spokes, missing pedals and some brake parts, found this on a Japan Surplus Bikeshop in the Philippines. Brought a magnet to check if it is steel and not alloy beacuse local frame builder works only with steel. Magnet wont slip and got attached and so did the bike when I walked out of the shop. Bike is now on our local frame builder to replace two seatstays. Update: Master Ave charge me 1000 pesos or $50 for fixing the frame - total cost for the frame and repair $120.
