Neo-Retro Rat Rod project. Updates to follow. Frameset is a 1985 Wilier Superleggera without cromovelato paint. The frame will stay like this to gain patina but receives cavity sealing to prevent rust.

Found some nice Campagnolo Vento HPW wheels in black. The 38mm profile depth and the semi-neo-retro finish (the set is from 1999) matches the overall look perfectly.
