i have victoire HFT hubs (front and rear).and i'm little bit confuse.because when i tried to put in on and thight it,more i thight more harder hub rotating.is that normal or not?
Translation: I have both front and rear wheels with Victoire HFT hubs. When I torque the nuts, the hubs become difficult to spin. Is that normal?
Not a wheel expert by any means, sounds like something is binding in the hub to prevent it from spinning freely when you apply pressure onto them (installing them on a fork)

Sounds like your cones need adjusting. Not sure how it'd be done on those hubs
Those hubs are self-adjusting - the bearings are pre-loaded when you tighten the axle bolts.
You're probably just over-torquing the bolts (as most people do) and damaged the bearings in the process. Ease up on them bolts, Hercules.

Gotta impress the ladies somehow!
