Help me with pricing a Bianchi Pista Concept

(closed)
Hey fellow enthusiasts - i'm currently considering buying this Pista Concept but i need your help with evaluating it's value - since there are none in Copenhagen, why i don't know the standard value of Concepts...

There is a footie wheelset on, a thomson post, deda bar, giant stem and noname shimano crankset - in general shitty parts...

Laughed my butt off at the "SAVE THE TRACK BIKE" sticker and the cruiser wheelset. Someone wants the street cred but just can't pull off a brakeless track machine

Agree completely - i'd appreciate it even more if you have any knowledge about the frame itself you can share with me though :) I'd take everything off and restore the whole thing - keeping only the frameset.

It's worth however much someone will pay for it.

I agree with you, Scrod and disagree with you, Dullahan. The thing i want to know is, though, - WHAT does people want to pay for it - Scrod what is your experience? I know you're a real expert so i guess you would know - I've got no idea myself... The complete build will cost me approx. 375$ - and i want to know whether i should buy it immediately or tell the seller to stick it

Feel free to disagree. That's what I'd pay but I hate concepts. Maybe I've seen too many bad builds like that. Go for it. Resurrect that beast with a proper build.

Wait...$375 for a Pista Concept that looks to be in very good shape? Sounds like an excellent deal to me.

You have quite a stable there. I'm sure it'll be great. Look forward to seeing it.

Pleasant surprise: The chainset is a Dura Ace Team Track :D Ridiculous - i've never seen one of these ever.. In really poor visual condition, though

I totally agree Daniel! I also think 46t - no matter the color - looks extremely stupid but it was the only decent chainring i had laying around. Also, i have planned to mount Open Corsas on some new Rigida/DA wheels i've just bought - and throw them on the Bianchi. I just didn't have time to do it today :) - But thanks, the both of you - and you as well, Scrod!

It looks like it's a little small for you based on that seatpost height but it's a rad build. Pista Concepts are my favorite Bianchi and I'm happy to see you rescued that one.

Thanks a lot Scrod! Yes unfortunately it is. I normally ride 57/58 but this tt is a (short) 55 - which is fine, i can just mount a longer stem - but it has a super short st. Something like 51/52. The seatpost quickly looks like a flagpole which is kind of sad :/
