help with part choice

(closed)
I'm going to be building up a khs flite 100 and I have no idea what cock pit parts i should use.

i know the sizes, i'm just having trouble finding them.
any suggestions helps. or ways to set it up.

main thing ive seen is people using a shim to fit a 1 1/8 stem. but what size spacers are you guys using for your 1 inch steer tubes? theres something i'm not seeing.

thanks guys

buying used parts can cut your costs significantly.

try checking ebay.

Depending on what sizes you need, I may have some parts. Send me a message if you're interested.

craigslist isnt an option. i live in a bad city for cycling - it's basically nonexistent. Texarkana.

eBay will probably be your friend then, or places like the marketplace here.

I also run a 1" threadless fork with a 1-1/8" stem, and I use a shim that's shorter than the stem (by about 1mm) and 1" spacers.

There are such things as 1" steerer spacers.. that's what I used on my Soma. BTW the KHS Flite and Kilo TT are the exact frame just rebranded.
