A much better question is: What is the most comfortable length for YOU?

Put them on your bike uncut and ride around, taking note of where the most comfortable hand position is. Cut them a little wider than that, then give yourself a big ol' pat on the back for being a grownup and figuring something out on your own.

its kinda hard to distinguish though which position is the most comfortable, so what do i consider when finding out what lenght is best for me, i dont see much discussion on the net regrding bar lenght for fixed gears all i see are for mountain bikes which has a totally different handling needs

Yeah, I guess you're right. Maybe you should just sell your bike and get a hula hoop instead.

my bullmoose bars run at 710mm, pretty happy with that.

control tech also makes some bar end extension plugs (terminators) for like 20 bucks that'll give you an extra 20mm on each side if you got the need
