Mechanics - Zipp 300

(closed)
I have an issue with my zipp crank arm. On the non drive side crank arm the extractor cap does not sit flush. Eventually during rides it unthreads and the crank arm develops some play. I then thread it as tightly as I can and it diminishes the play. Zipp wasn't very helpful, advising me to lock tite the extractor cap in place. This does not address the issue of the extractor cap not sitting flush in the first place, and I believe if this issue can be resolved it will solve the problem in general. I don't think it is a spindle length issue, as the extractor cap sits flush on the drive side.

Any individuals experienced with this please advise me. Thanks for your time.

I've attached the ZIPP manual image to help.
