Mielec Frames

(closed)
Anyone know how grest the customer service is? ive talked to them about making the frame, but they told me they only accept payments through bank transfers or something. Has anyone ever had a hard time dealing with them? FOr example, they take way longer than expected to build a frame? or has anyone been scammed?

ordered a mielec back in the 2012, they were just starting to produce large numbers as people in europe got exited. londoners organized like a 25 piece batch group buy which delayed things significantly for everyone else ordering.

quality wasn't that great but got a frame for under 200€ posted. price went up quite soon after, don't know what it is today.

from european builders i believe orlowski offers best value for money, have one of those.

don't really understand why you would like to order a frame from europe to hawai'i when you have access to your home market in the us but hey who am i to judge. :D

Don't know anything about the costumer service, delivery time/quality or anything else - so excuse me if my answer is irrelevant.. But personally, I find that even though their prices aren't that high, their level-of-finish on their frames aren't either. I know it's part of the design but you can check my Ostro Torro for example - not designed but built by Mielec. Very rough welds... Performance-wise there is nothing wrong with them as far as i know but you could find prettier ones easily! You get what you pay for...
