Look or shimano have better platforms than eggbeaters imo
If you do a little google search you'll get heaps of information for many people with experiences with all types of pedals

Go with the Shimano 105 5700s, since it already looks like you have SPD SL hardware. They come in alloy or carbon.

If you want, you could also go Ultegra or DuraAce if you want to spend the money. However, I have both the 105 alloy and carbon pedals and I think they are great.

+1 the 105 5700s are great, both alloy and carbon.

If you actually ride/commute fixed to places i recommend shimano m520s or Time Atac's. I don't recommend using egg beaters/road pedals.

Definitely give TIME ATAC Aliums a shout. Recommended by many fixed gear riders and I echo their sentiments!

Another vote for Time ATAC's. Even though eggbeater's have 4 sides of entry, I still end up having a marginally more difficult time getting back into them. Never have that problem with ATAC's.
