phil wood cog weld itself help!

i have phil wood hubs that i want to change the cog, i can take ou the lockring but the cog can't go it stick it self there i've go to lbs and they use cog key and they cant take it off too please anyone can help ive used the wd40 but it cant :(

Rotafixa method? It's helped me get some seized cogs off before.

Rotafix, or a 2 man job. Where one guy is hold the wheel, and the other will use a chain whip with a torque bar.

Gloves and layered rags will be needed for safety

add goggles to that, and make sure you have a shop quality chain whip. i've had two park tool chain whips explode on me trying to take off badly seized cogs. chain plates and pins flying everywhere.
