Shimano Zen

Whats so great about the Shimano Zen? Is there any difference with the Sugino Zen? Sorry if I'm a noob.

It looks amazing. The quality is the same as a Sugino Zen.

they stopped making shimano zens i think. Not too sure.

The Olympic Zen is purely for extra points. No doubt it's machined well but Sugino Zen is most likely as good and the newer and more expensive sugino rings with their superior coating are even better.

It's true that they WERE made solely for olympiads(a long time ago) but you can purchase one for yourself from Alex's Cycles.

I like the look of the ring but PR users like of FelixSusanto are kinda ruining them for me..
