Does anyone still make one? I think soma used to (or something close), but I can't find it anymore. BLB makes a 30mm one, but I'd like something a little fancier.
Will probably end up with an NJS one, but judging rake by sight alone isn't easy.

would you prefer it to be cdale track blue?!?!? ;) ;) ;)
Bonus points if it's Cannondale Track (darker) blue!
KHS make a 28mm rake steel fork that is usually sold on ebay - I've bought one or two for projects and they're pretty nice looking
There's actually one on ebay right now that I was looking at. If I want an inexpensive solution that will definitely be it.
Try NJS Export. They have a bunch of forks, most around $100 bucks with shipping. I've ordered a few and got them in less than a week. I only had problems with a Kazane frame with a 23c tire that rubbed the down tube but that frame has a steep head tube. The below frame is a 53cm Pake Rum Runner with a 74 deg. headtube angle and a NJS fork with 28mm of rake.

My problems with the njs forks are that they're almost all too short and dont list the rake. I can only assume that they're 28mm, and I'd rather know for sure
^ +1
That being said if you have a NJS fork with 200ish mm of steerer and a flat crown hmu
