Too good to be true?

(closed)
I have a little pipe dream of a Cervelo T1 and so to humor myself i tried to find a cheap price on the frame set and i found these two sellers:

http://street-cycles.com/index.php?rout...
http://petercycle.com/products/Cervelo-...

I only have around 500 to spend on a frame and i was going to look at some other more affordable options but why not go for the best? Does anyone have any experience with these two sellers? These can't possibly be legit right?

Yes, it's too good to be true. It's a scam-site. At first glance it looks like most of the site is still in Latin, which is the default language on most HTML themes.
