What's the best jacket for cycling?

(closed)
Hey guys, though I'm sure this has been covered here at some point, I'm not interested in going through pages and pages of posts to hunt it down. I must know, what are your favorite jackets to use while cycling, especially in rainy and windy weather? I'm in the market and would like some recommendations. Thanks in advance!

Probably around $100 or $120. I'm not really looking to pay much more than $120.
