Wheel touching my fork?

(closed)
During an airplane trip, after re assembling my bike i found that the front wheel cant centre right. I checked for any damage on the wheel but seems fine.

(Tried a lot to loose it or tightened it from the hub screws but no point.)

I cant centre it, and at some point the tyre is touching my fork..
here is a video.

Tomorrow I go to a local bicycle shop but any ideas what its going wrong?
I post a video here, you can hear the sound and also the wheel doesn't go really well.

Could be the rim not being true or tire not seated properly

Either the wheel's untrue or the axle's bent :(

Flip the wheel around. It it's off to the other side, your wheel simply needs to be re-dished to be centered on the hub. Easy fix for anyone who owns a spoke wrench and isn't a hack.
