I'm assuming this is street use. Get some 33mm profile Taiwanese carbon rims, some nice spokes, and some nice hubs (sealed bearing) and have someone you know who builds wheels or yourself build up a set of wheels. I have Zipp 404s for track, you get blown around in any slight wind and replacing an expensive rim is...well, expensive.

Deep profile rims might look cool these days, but for people that have been riding for a long time know (hell, look at the MASH guys), they suck off off track.

By the looks of it, I'd invest in some straps and toe clips for your bike. You're wheelset is fine for the streets. Unless you're looking to race track, I'd keep what you have or stick with a box style rim with better hubs.

I'd wait till I'd developed the required leg strength to achieve and sustain the required speeds for those rims to benefit from their aero properties before upgrading.
But hey each to their own.
