FS: 2011 Leader 721TR frameset with Omnium crankset/BB $320 obo (SF local only)

I am selling this 2011 Leader 721TR frame that I only used less than a year. It has no dents and dings, very minimal scratches. It comes with a 2011 Leader aluminum/carbon fork with an FSA headset. I am selling this with an SRAM Omnium crankset with GXP bottom bracket (chainring not included but will come with the stock Truvativ 48T chainring). All the parts are of mint to excellent condition so I am thinking of selling this set for $320 OBO which I believe is a fair deal considering the price of the cranks itself. Am I willing to part out the cranks? Yes, I can do that and it will be $150 for the crankset, firm.
This is a great starter fixed gear frameset.
